I am a business valuation specialist with many years of experience in the banking and corporate sectors specializing in outsourcing. Currently, as a freelancer draw up specific valuation reports, prepare business plans with full financial projections, participate in building the business strategy and raise capital from Financial Institutions and Investment Funds.

I am happy to work with people and for people. For customers I realized a lot of interesting projects in writing business plans, the assembly of the investment documentation and cooperation with banks, preparation of special reports on the valuation of companies. I effectively obtains funding for capital projects. The preparation of business valuations for the purchase, sale, restructuring and economic loss assessment and valuation of portals and web projects for the purpose of raising capital for development. The preparation of accurate reporting and effective financial records in accordance with international standards. With my extensive experience to support our clients in discussions and negotiations with financing institutions.

Previous professional challenges allowed me to combine the duties of CFO and COO and Business Client Advisers.

My strength is hard work and a desire to continuously learn and improve my qualifications, as evidenced by the completion of a number of courses, training and participation in many conferences. Current activities are directed for CIMA certification – International qualification in Management Accounting.
